WOTCO was established in 1938 as a machining support center for the parent company "Manning Drilling" in Laramie, Wyoming. In 1940 both companies moved to Casper for a more central location to better facilitate the oil and gas industries. The 1950's brought diversification away from the unstable oil and gas industries. WOTCO began pursuing opportunities with major OEM's in the mining and construction industries. WOTCO is presently a highly respected manufacturer for many OEM's and has established itself as a major OEM producing a revolutionary new truck body system.

Every part or piece of material is inspected by Certified Quality Assurance Inspectors upon arrival at our facility to assure that customer specifications are met. Materials are routed to CAD-CAM operated plasma cutting stations. Cut and inventoried parts are then color coded, numbered, and routed to machining and assembly stations accompanied by current machining, weldment and assembly procedures. All WOTCO welders are AWS D1.1 certified and every WOTCO craftsman strives to meet or exceed our customer's expectations by delivering the highest quality products at the fairest price. Certified Weld Inspectors continually conduct in-process product and weld inspections throughout the manufacturing process to insure overall product quality.
